Decision making looks so simple
to many, but I would not blame a person who fails to make decision in life
because it is a situation that you regret when you blunder. More especially when
you have two things that look to be good and you are entitled for one. But you
can as well simplify things for yourself if you consider a list of advantageous
things on a particular interest, for example when you are in a dilemma of choosing between two jobs that seem to be satisfying to you
and you really do not know which one to take, you feel if there were a possibility
of taking both then you would prefer to take it that way.
You need to consider job security,
this factor should be important to you. You will be wrong if you choose a job
because of the good things you will be enjoying when you are guaranteed to
loosing it just with a minor mistake. Therefore it is better to decide to take
that one where you can enjoy little but keep it for long, I think so because
getting a new job is not as simple
as ABC.
Future potential is another thing
you need to consider before you decide to say “yes” to an organization. You need
to look at what you are bound to benefit from a company in the long run, therefore
do not take a job that cannot upgrade
you to the next level in the coming times.
If you happened to be one who
likes prestige, then when it comes to decision keep the prestige a side. You need
to look at the Brand and the reputation of a company over the job. This will help you in getting employed
by other companies easily the next time you are looking for work. For example,
if you worked in a big serious company it gives you advantage over the other
job seeking people.
To conclude, besides all the
above mentioned points on how to go about
job dilemma, you need to have this character of commitment, once you’ve
made a decision and you are in the field, you need to work all heartedly so
that you may be promoted with time.
